Known Bugs in Protein Prospector Programs

- In Search-Compare the Report Homologous Proteins option doesn't work properly if searches are being compared.
- The Ludwignr comment line format has changed so this format isn't currently supported.
- The Batch-Tag daemon needs to be restarted if contact with the mySQL database is lost.
- Files uploaded by MS-Fit Upload are not deleted it the file is of an incorrect format.
- If the HTML results are saved then sometimes the links in the saved output are shown twice.
